Care Partner, Care Team (Remote)

Mission

At Therify, our mission is to maximize the happiness and well-being of humanity by removing barriers to quality care. We are committed to using technology and the power of community to normalize emotional health within underserved communities around the world.

About Therify

Therify is building a future where mental health care will be inclusive, equitable, and accessible to everyone.

We’re turning this vision into a reality by partnering with leading companies like Indeed and Thumbtack to match employees and their families with culturally responsive therapists from similar backgrounds, as well as live community sessions, and self-guided content to support their emotional well-being.

We take pride in leveraging innovative technology and our diverse provider network to address the unique needs of our members, while unlocking access to high-quality care and successful treatment outcomes.

Our members aren’t the only ones excited about what we’re building. We’re backed by world-class investors such as Y Combinator, SoftBank, and Looking Glass Capital.

About the Role

As our founding Care Partner, you will be responsible for using your clinical knowledge to match Therify members with licensed providers who meet their needs and preferences. You will also partner closely with our Product team to advance our matching technology with the goal of maximizing the therapeutic alliance between Therify members and providers.

  • Member Support: You will be the first point of contact for our members when they need assistance or have questions about their care experience.

  • Clinical Operations: You will partner closely with our Product team and Clinical Advisory Board to advance the processes and technology we use to match members with the appropriate level of care.

  • Community Sessions: You will help plan and facilitate Community Sessions – group sessions that offer members a clinically-validated alternative to individual therapy.

  • Ad-Hoc Special Projects: You will assist our CEO and Product team with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a combination of the following competencies:
